Overdraft Transfer Service
- A quick and simple no-cost benefit
- Link your Savings Account to your checking account to cover shortfalls
- Funds transfer automatically in increments of $100 up to the available savings account balance
- If your savings account balance is less than $100, the entire available balance will transfer
Overdraft Line of Credit
- Advance funds in $100 increments from this unsecured line of credit up to the available credit line balance
- Credit lines available from $500 to $5,000
- Fixed interest rate of 13.00% APR (Annual Percentage Rate)
- No annual fees or prepayment penalties
- Subject to credit approval
Courtesy Pay
- A privilege applied to qualifying accounts for eligible members
- We pay overdrafts at our discretion, and we reserve the right not to pay based on eligibility requirements
- For example, we may not pay an overdraft if your account is not in good standing as defined in our Courtesy Pay Service Agreement
- Used when other Overdraft Protection services do not have sufficient funds, or if these services do not apply
- Overdraft limit up to $1,000 per account, plus fees based on your account deposit history
- $29 fee for each transaction paid into the overdraft balance
- Maximum of 3 fees charged per account per day
- The total negative balance in your checking account including all fees is due upon demand. You are required to bring your account to a positive end-of-day balance as soon as possible, and must do so within 30 days
- Basic Coverage - includes overdrafts from checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH), automatic bill payments, and other transactions made using your checking account number
- Extended Coverage - you may opt-in to extend the overdraft limit for ATM and everyday debit card transactions. Click here to request Extended Coverage for your debit card

Courtesy Pay Eligibility Requirements
- Primary account holder must be at least 18 years of age
- All accounts must be in good standing
- Checking account must be active for more than 60 days with a positive balance
- No legal or administrative levies against the account
- No pending bankruptcies or financial counseling agreement
- No delinquent or charged off loans or credit cards with HawaiiUSA FCU
- You have not exceeded the Courtesy Pay overdraft limit
- Account holder's mailing address is current
- Must not have excessive Courtesy Pay or nonsufficient funds (NSF) activity
