How to add an additional card to your account

Adding a new cardholder to your account is simple when you follow these steps through digital banking.

Follow these quick steps to add a new card:

  1. Go to Card Controls
    Log in to Digital Banking and navigate to Credit & Debit Card Controls under the Manage Accounts section.
  2. Select Your Card
    Choose the credit card account you want to manage.
  3. Open Card Options
    Click on “More Credit Card Options”, then select: “Please click here for additional Credit Card Options and Disputes.”
  4. Access Manage Cards
    Click the Services icon in the top right corner and select Manage Cards.
  5. Complete Security Verification
    Follow the multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts.
  6. Add a New Card
    Select “Add Card” and enter the required details.

How to manage and redeem your business credit card rewards

You can easily view and redeem your points through your card controls dashboard.

Follow these easy steps to view and redeem your rewards:

  1. Go to Card Controls
    Log in to Digital Banking (desktop only) and open Credit & Debit Card Controls under the Manage Accounts section.
  2. Select Your Card
    Click on the Business Credit Card you want to manage. If your card is not showing, please refer to the “How to add an additional card to your account” step-by-step instructions.
  3. View Your Rewards
    Find your rewards on the Alerts & Controls page. Click the link to see more details or access rewards. You can also access your account by clicking on “More Credit Card Options” and then on the link: “Please click here for additional Credit Card Options and Disputes.”
  4. Go to the Rewards Site
    Use the link to open the rewards portal. Click on your Points listed under the Rewards section on the dashboard, then click Redeem
  5. Sign In or Register
    If prompted, complete the quick sign-in or registration process.
  6. Start Redeeming
    Once logged in, browse rewards and redeem your points anytime.
