About Russell

Russell Suzuki was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2023. Russell is the Risk Manager for the Hawaii State Department of Education. Prior to that he worked at the Department of Attorney General for more than 35 years, serving as a deputy attorney general, supervising deputy attorney general, first deputy attorney general and attorney general. Russell is an active member of the Hawaii Democratic Party and was a representative to the Wahiawa Neighborhood Board for Governor's Abercrombie and Ige. He enjoys spending his leisure time with his dog Jaxie.
