Called the Kakaako Financial Center, the new concept features the use of Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) to handle normal banking transactions including deposits, using touch screens and offering a virtual version of the in-person banking experience. The Kakaako Financial Center is located behind Whole Foods in a new space in ʻAʻaliʻi Shops at 987 Queen Street. Our entrance faces Halekauwila St.

Highly interactive and technology-driven, the Kakaako Financial Center is also extremely relationship-focused with valuable consultative staff present daily to focus on member consultations, financial counseling, and other high-touch services such as new account openings and loan processing. Customer parking is available in ‘A‘ali‘i Shops in Ward Village, at 987 Queen Street. Enter the ‘A‘ali‘i parking structure from Robinson Lane (which runs between Queen Street and Auahi Street).

You can perform all your banking transactions electronically using our touch screen Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), similar to the ATMs you’re used to, but with more services. This approach enhances security and efficiency for your banking experience. Think of it like a virtual version of our traditional in-person banking experience.
