Our Ewa Branch will be closing on May 31, 2025

Mahalo for your loyalty and the trust you’ve placed in us for your financial needs. At HawaiiUSA, we are committed to keeping you informed about changes that may affect your banking experience.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services, we will be closing our Ewa Branch effective May 31, 2025. This decision was not made lightly and reflects our dedication to aligning our branch network with the evolving preferences of our members.

Why this change?
Your feedback has shown us that many members increasingly prefer the convenience of Digital Banking for everyday transactions. To meet these changing needs, we are transitioning our branch network to focus on providing more high-touch, consultative services while ensuring you still have access to essential banking services wherever you are.

Convenient banking options remain available:

  • Calling our Member Solution Center (MSC) at (808) 534.4300 or toll-free (800) 379.1300 for remote banking capabilities
  • Nearby branches, including Kapolei and Waipahu, for in-person assistance
