Eligibility and Requirements

Who is eligible?

You, if you meet these requirements:

  • Be a primary HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union member for at least six consecutive months prior to applying
  • Keep your HawaiiUSA account(s) in good standing (show a history of responsible money management)
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 as a full-time high school senior or attending an accredited institution of higher education during the 2026-2027 academic school year.

Please note, if you received a HawaiiUSA Scholarship in the past, you may reapply and you'll be evaluated with current applicants.

If you're not a HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union member, become one today. You'll be eligible to apply in future years.
