How can I obtain tax forms for my HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union accounts?
- HawaiiUSA issues applicable 1098, 1099, and 5498 forms by the end of January each year.
You may receive your tax forms in one of these ways:
- Digital Banking: Members who are enrolled in eStatements can obtain their tax forms in eStatements as soon as they are available.
- Members who are not enrolled in eStatements will receive their applicable tax documents via mail, at the address we have on file.
