About Harlan

Harlan Kimura was first elected to the Board in 1995 and previously served twice as Chair from 1998 to 2001 and 2015 to 2018. He is the President and Owner of Harlan Y. Kimura, Attorney at Law, A Law Corporation, having practiced law for almost 40 years. Harlan also serves as a Hearings Officer for the Office of Boards and Commissions for the County of Kauai. Harlan previously served as a Board member for the Christian Legal Society and the Friends of the William S. Richardson School of Law Alumni Association.
