Continuing its long-standing commitment to supporting educational advancement for Hawaii’s youth, HawaiiUSA proudly announces the recipients of its 2025 Student Scholarship Program. Now in its 35th year, the program awarded scholarships to 22 outstanding students—high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students—each receiving $2,000 and totaling $44,000 distributed to support each scholar’s education journey.
Since the program’s inception in 1990, HawaiiUSA has awarded 604 scholarships totaling $931,500, helping students across the state achieve their academic goals.

“We extend our heartfelt congratulations to this year’s scholarship recipients,” said Greg Young, President and CEO of HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. “Their resilience, dedication, and drive reflect the very spirit of our community. HawaiiUSA has proudly supported Hawaii’s future leaders for more than three decades, and we are inspired by what lies ahead for these incredible students.”

Recipients were selected based on academic performance, extracurricular involvement, community service, letters of recommendation, and active HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union membership.
