Greg Young, president and CEO of HawaiiUSA, credits the hard work and dedication of HawaiiUSA employees for this prestigious honor. “Our employees’ commitment to the member experience shines through when we receive these kinds of recognition and we want to thank everyone who is a part of HawaiiUSA’s family for making us one of the best in the country.”
The Best-In-State-Credit Union award is presented by Forbes and Statista, Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Surveying more than 26,000 U.S. residents from all 50 states on their banking relationships, the surveyors determined the best credit unions based on six facets of the relationship: Trust, terms & conditions (including reasonable and transparent fees), branch services, digital services, customer service, and financial advice. The credit union in each state with the highest combined score from the analysis of survey results and publicly available reviews was awarded. The survey score was rated 80% and publicly available reviews 20%.
“We know that choosing the right financial institution is important for people so we are immensely grateful to be viewed as a trusted collaborative financial partner to our members,” added Young.
