Why did I become a Business Development Officer?
I am a true believer that “Everything Happens for a Reason” and I knew that becoming a Business Development Officer (BDO) for HawaiiUSA would be the right fit for me, from the moment that I met the team and found out what their mission and values were. I am proud to be a part of their mission of “Improving members lives through our Life matters commitment,” providing financial education while continuing to be active in our community. Finances weren’t easy growing up and it took me several years of working various jobs to pay off debt and fix bad credit that I incurred out of high school. I now have financial stability for my two daughters and try to teach them everything I’ve learned along the way so that they don’t have to go through the struggles that I went through. Now that I am a BDO for Kauai I have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned with HawaiiUSA, with those in my community to help them achieve their financial goals. I can’t be more grateful for our amazing team and such a fulfilling career with HawaiiUSA!

What do I do when not at work?
On my days off I love to spend quality time with family and friends because life is too short not to enjoy every minute of it. I enjoy fishing which takes me to so many beautiful places on Kauai that many drive past and take for granted. I am also active in my community through the Kauai Lions Club, Zonta Club of Kauai, Filipino Chamber of Commerce, Aloha Council Cub Scouts Pack 148 and the Garden Island Orchid Society.
