How to Register for Online Banking

 

Step 1:

Click on “Online Banking” at the top of the HawaiiUSA website

Step 2:

Click on "Enroll Now"

Step 3:

Enter your member number and then click proceed

Step 4:

Enter your last name and click on proceed

Step 5:

Check your email for a message from HawaiiUSA with the subject: "Online Banking Security Notification."

Step 6:

Open the email and copy the temporary password* provided. Please note that the temporary password is case-sensitive.

Step 7:

Once you have the temporary password copied, go back to our login page and click on the link in red that says, "Login with your temporary password"

Step 8:

Enter your member number and then press proceed and enter your temporary password.

Step 9:

You will then be asked to update your User ID and password.

 

* Please keep in mind that your temporary password is only good for 24-hours. After that, you must request another temporary password.

 

 

How to Apply for a Balance Transfer

Step 1:

Login to HawaiiUSA Online Banking

 

Step 2:

Click on your HawaiiUSA VISA® Credit Card or click on “Credit Card” under the Account Information link on the top navigation bar

Step 3:

Register for Credit Card Center and authenticate your account—if already registered, skip to step 4

 

Step 4:

Once inside Credit Card Center, select “Balance Consolidation.” Authenticate your account with the last four digits of your SSN. Read through and acknowledge the user agreement.

Step 5:
Determine your level of savings by using the “Calculate Potential Savings Calculator” found by clicking on the “Calculate Potential Savings” button. The amount of the transfer cannot exceed your available credit. Additionally, the “From APR%” must be a higher value than the “To APR%.” Once satisfied with the result, click on “Ok, let’s transfer” to initiate your Balance Transfer.

Step 6:

Fill out the specified information (i.e.—Card Issuer to Pay, account number, etc.) then click “Next.” Remember, only the information from that card that’s being transferred should be entered into this page. Verify all information is accurate. If yes, click “Confirm.” If error(s) found, click on “Edit” to go back and make necessary changes.

Step 7:

Enter the amount to be transferred and once completed click “Next.” Verify the amount to be transferred. Changes can be made by clicking “Edit.” If information is accurate, click “Submit.”

Step 8:

Click “Confirm” to initiate the Balance Transfer. The transfer cannot be cancelled after clicking “Confirm.” The approval process takes approximately 24-48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you once done.
