Depositing checks is always convenient with HawaiiUSA's Mobile Deposit using your smartphone or tablet. All you need is our Mobile Banking1 app, and then your mobile device's camera captures your check's image to deposit money into your account.

You’ll love the time you save with our Mobile Deposit1 service, available through Mobile Banking2. Now you can deposit checks wherever you are, anytime day or night. There’s no more waiting for your local HawaiiUSA branch to open. Simply use your smartphone’s camera to snap images of the check and then input pertinent information before depositing the check electronically through our app. Mobile Deposit service is also available through Online Banking.

1 Mobile Deposit is available to accounts that meet eligibility criteria.

2 Mobile Banking is free to all HawaiiUSA Online Banking members. An internet-enabled device is required to access the HawaiiUSA Mobile Banking App and Website. You must be enrolled in HawaiiUSA Online Banking to access Mobile Banking. Enrollment in HawaiiUSA Online Banking Bill Pay is required to access any bill payment services on Mobile Banking. Standard messaging and data usage fees apply. Please contact your carrier for details. Your mobile device must be registered through the Mobile Banking Service enrollment process.

STEP 1
Sign the back of your check and write "For HawaiiUSA Mobile Deposit only."

STEP 2
Log into your Mobile Banking app and select "Make a Deposit" on the Main Menu.

STEP 3
Select the account to deposit into.

STEP 4
Enter the exact check amount.

STEP 5
Take a photo of the front and back of the check and click the Submit button.

STEP 6
After you receive an email notification of your accepted deposit or confirm your deposit transaction, write "VOID" on the front of the check and securely store it for 60 days.

When using Mobile Deposit1 through HawaiiUSA's Mobile Banking2 app, make sure your system hardware and software are up to date with our requirements.
