Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App then follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Transfer & Pay tab


  1. Click Transfers
    1. Desktop: Click “Add an account to make a transfer” in the Classic tab


  1. Mobile App: Click “Add Account



  1. Select the Internal Account option to transfer to another HawaiiUSA member


  1. Enter to recipient’s last name or business name
  2. Click Account under verification method


  1. Select whether you are transferring to member’s Share or Loan
  2. Enter member’s 4-6 digit account number
  3. Enter the member’s share ID or loan ID to transfer to
  4. Optional: Selecting “Save Account for Future Use” allows you to save this account in your transfers option moving forward.
  5. Give the account a Nickname
  6. Click Save


Important: Saving member’s account for future use will trigger a notification to the other member advising them that you are doing so. We advise informing them beforehand so they are aware.


  1. Once the Member’s account is saved, go to the Transfers
  2. Select the account you wish to transfer from
  3. Select the Member’s account to transfer to
  4. Enter the amount you want to send
  5. Enter the date you wish to submit the transfer
  6. Enter the frequency for the transfer (One time, weekly, monthly, etc)
  7. Optional: Add a memo to reference what the transfer was for
  8. Submit Transfer
