Why is this change necessary?

HawaiiUSA continuously strives to provide our business members with the right opportunities to manage their business financing needs. In 2018, we launched a new business platform to improve our members’ experience with newer features and functionality. Unfortunately, dissatisfied member feedback towards the newer platform has prompted the decision to move impacted members back to consumer platform until another solution that better meets our members experience is in place.

 

What do I need to do now? How do I access my online account now?

Business members can return to the previous process by logging on to hawaiiusafcu.com, and clicking on the Online Banking Login button.

 

What if I do not remember my original User ID and/or Password? 

You can select “Forgot User ID?” or “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to regain access to your account(s). You will need to know your 5 to 6-digit Account/Member Number. Reminder, when prompted to enter your Last Name, you must enter your account business name as it appears on our records. You can refer to how the business name appears on your member statement.

 

What if I was not enrolled into the consumer Online Banking platform before?

You can start the enrollment process by selecting “New User?” from the login screen. You will need to know your 5 to 6-digit Account/Member Number. Reminder, when prompted to enter your Last Name, you must enter your account business name as it appears on our records. You can refer to how the business name appears on your member statement.

 

Are there any features and functionalities that I will lose from the Business Online Banking?

Unfortunately, there will no longer be access to:

  1. Downloadable secured browser
  2. Ability to create sub-users for non-Authorized Signers to access the account with their own individual login credentials

 

How is HawaiiUSA looking to improve our Business Online Banking experience moving forward?

We are currently in review for a new Business Online Banking partner to help align and support the direction of member experience needed on this platform.

 

Once I log in or enroll into the Consumer platform will I still have access to Business Online Banking platform?

No, once you have accessed to the Consumer platform, access will be turned off on the Business Online Banking platform.
