Annual Incentive Plan (AIP): Employees may receive a discretionary annual bonus through our AIP.

Holidays: HawaiiUSA observes 11 holidays per year.

Dental: Plan comes with access to the largest network of dentists in Hawaii and the U.S. mainland

Life: Life and Accidental, Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance benefits provide financial security to your family members. Basic life insurance coverage is offered at one times your base annual earnings to a maximum of $250,000 with a minimum coverage of $50,000. Employees also may purchase coverage for eligible dependents at group rates.

Medical: Employees may choose from multiple plans offering comprehensive coverage with an emphasis on disease prevention. The plans differ in cost and operation. Emergency coverage is available at anytime, anywhere in the world.

“Pay it Forward”: Employees receive a gift card during the holidays for their families, as well as cash to “pay it forward” to another person or organization of their choice.

Retirement 401(k) Plan: Our retirement plan is designed to help you achieve your financial goals with built-in tax advantages and a 3% employer contribution.

Vision: Our vision plans provide coverage on eye exams, frames, lenses or contact lenses for you and your eligible dependents.

Wellness: Our medical plans provide professional counseling to help employees assess their lifestyle, health habits and health risks and then design a plan to encourage healthy behavior.

Years of Service Awards: Our dedicated employees are rewarded and recognized annually when reaching certain years of service milestones (1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, etc).

You may submit an application for an available job through our online application system. Our recruiter will review qualifications and experience to determine fit into the position and the company culture. If you are a possible match, the recruiter will contact you to arrange an initial interview.

Job applicants may go through multiple interviews with our recruiter and hiring managers. During this part of the process, we will assess your technical skills and proficiency. Potential Call Center Agents and Universal Bankers (Tellers) are asked to take a skills assessment. We also will assess how well you fit into the HawaiiUSA culture.

What types of entry-level positions are available?

Certain departments will hire entry-level employees based on skill and education. Typically, individuals with limited work experience start as Tellers or Call Center Agents.

Do teller positions require experience?

Teller experience may be helpful, but is not required. A solid cash-handling background, sales, and customer service experience are valuable.

Does the company provide individual training?

HawaiiUSA FCU offers continuous training to all employees.
