Applying at HawaiiUSA FCU
You may submit an application for an available job through our online application system. Our recruiter will review qualifications and experience to determine fit into the position and the company culture. If you are a possible match, the recruiter will contact you to arrange an initial interview.
Job applicants may go through multiple interviews with our recruiter and hiring managers. During this part of the process, we will assess your technical skills and proficiency. Potential Call Center Agents and Service Specialists (Tellers) are asked to take a skills assessment. We also will assess how well you fit into the HawaiiUSA culture.

What types of entry-level positions are available?
Certain departments will hire entry-level employees based on skill and education. Typically, individuals with limited work experience start as Tellers or Call Center Agents.
Do teller positions require experience?
Teller experience may be helpful, but is not required. A solid cash-handling background, sales, and customer service experience are valuable.
Does the company provide individual training?
HawaiiUSA FCU offers continuous training to all employees.
