We have launched a new online banking and bill payment solution. Along with a new look and feel, you will also find additional features and enhancements to your online banking experience.

Enhancements and Features

• Instant registration for home banking and bill payment
• Single sign-on to Bill Payment & your HawaiiUSA credit card info (coming in December)
• "Forgot password" feature
• eStatements for HawaiiUSA VISA credit cards (coming in December)
• Link to the Mortgage Management Center

The new URL for online banking is online.hawaiiusafcu.com. You can continue accessing online banking by clicking the Online Banking Login button at www.hawaiiusafcu.com.

Important Information for Quicken Users

There are a few steps Quicken users must take:

1. Back up your current data
2. Download the latest Quicken update
3. Disable all your accounts in Quickens
4. Enable all your accounts from new Online Banking solution
5. Download the latest transaction history from Online Banking

Enhanced Online Bill Payment

Members will no longer have a separate log in to access the Bill Payment service. Once you have logged into Online Banking, you will also have access to Bill Payment. Online Bill Payment will continue to be offered at no charge.

Browser and System Requirements

Internet Explorer 5.5, Firefox 2.0 or Safari 1.0 or higher is required. Online banking members must also have Flash installed. All can be downloaded free of charge.
