HawaiiUSA FCU is committed to educating and protecting our members from becoming potential victims of identity theft. As such, in order to protect your HawaiiUSA FCU Visa Credit Card account from fraudulent transactions committed in foreign countries, ATM access with your credit card outside of the United States has been suppressed. If you are traveling abroad and you need cash advances from your HawaiiUSA FCU Visa Credit Card, you may do so by going into any financial institution that has a Visa logo posted. VISA Card Information Available On-Line!

We are pleased to be able to offer our members the opportunity to view their HawaiiUSA FCU VISA Classic or Gold card information on-line.

This service is accessible through DirectLink, HawaiiUSA FCU's FREE Internet Banking service. It enables our members to research recent and historical transactions and view a summary of their HawaiiUSA FCU VISA Classic or Gold Card. Best of all, there is no charge for this service.

To sign up for this service, go to HawaiiUSA FCU's DirectLink page and log on using your HawaiiUSA account number and 4-digit PIN. (NOTE: If you are not registered for DirectLink, an application is available on the log-on page.)

Once you have successfully logged into DirectLink, go to the top navigation bar and click on the "VISA On-Line Research" link under the TRANSACTION column. Simply follow the steps and you will have immediate access to your VISA account information. Researching your VISA account information is just one of the many benefits that our credit union offers through DirectLink. It's All About Kids

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union has partnered with Hawaii-based It's All About Kids, a company that provides supplemental educational services to Hawaii students in kindergarten through eighth grade. It's All About Kids' primary goal is to inspire children to learn, lead, and succeed through an innovative, computer based educational curriculum designed to improve core academic skills while motivating kids to embrace learning and scholastic achievement. The program's innovative technology, its commitment to providing each student with individualized attention, and its energetic and dedicated coaching staff enable students to make considerable academic gains while building their self confidence.

The program provides after-school, weekend and summer tutoring programs at Oahu elementary and intermediate public schools, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hawaii, and other community centers. These programs are free for students who area eligible for supplemental educational services in accordance with the No Child Left Behind Act.
