HawaiiUSA FCU members must be an owner occupant throughout the term of the loan. This provision will be strictly enforced and violation will cause the entire loan balance to become immediately due and payable. This program is for first time home buyers only. If you owned property previously, you may not be eligible. The Program is available for purchase transactions only. No satisfaction of agreement of sales or purchase of fee simple property.
The First Time Homebuyer program is not assumable. However, there are no restrictions on selling your home. The program is a special offering and available for a limited time only.
