Scam Alert - Updated 11.18.09

11.18 - A fraudulent text message has been circulating which reads: Your Honolulu Credit Union debit card has been restricted/blocked. Please contact 202-742-1416 to reactivate. Do not respond to these types of messages. If you ever question or doubt communication you receive, please call our member service center at 534.4300.

11.12 - It has been brought to our attention that members have received a phone call from VISA stating something is wrong with their card and to input their debit card number. If you receive a call similar to this, do not enter your information! VISA and HawaiiUSA FCU will never ask for your card and personal information in this manner.
