*Estimated closing costs will be between $300 to $1,000. Lender's closing costs will be waived with an initial draw of $20,000 or more and a subsequent balance outstanding for at least 90 days, (Unless Other Costs apply, see below). Lender's costs may include title insurance fees up to $150. Title fees may be higher depending on the amount of line requested. Attorney's fee for documentation $115, Flood Tracking $19, Property Inspection $69, Recording fee ($25 per transaction).

+HELOC must remain open for at least 1 year otherwise the waived lender's closing costs must be reimbursed.
